Project Details:

This project for the Urban Redevelopment Authority consisted of the conversion of the Hot Metal Bridge over the Monongahela River to a 7 span pedestrian/bicycle path crossing. Work included steel construction, steel repairs, new concrete decks, etc. The project also included the construction of a truss pedestrian bridge over Second Avenue. Work included heavy lifting operations for the placement of the new truss bridge.
